What this site collects, what happens to it, and how to have it deleted.
AllReady Construction Inc runs this website. This page describes every piece of information the site collects and what we do with it. Last updated 7 September 2026.
What the site collects
One form, and nothing else. There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no other way to send us data through this site.
The bid request form at /contact/ asks for your name, your company, your email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, the property or community, the type of work, and whatever you write in the detail box. Only the name, company and email are required. It does not accept file uploads.
If you write to us about a job, that is an ordinary email to the address below and it reaches our inbox like any other message. There is no application form on this site and nothing about you is stored here.
What is recorded that you do not type
Two things are stored alongside each submission: the IP address it was sent from, and the page you were on when you sent it. They sit on the record so we know where an enquiry came from. They are not used to build a profile of you, not matched against anything, and not shared.
What happens to a submission
It is written to this website as a record only a signed-in administrator can read, and then emailed to info@allreadyconstruction.com. Whoever picks it up replies to you from there. We do not sell it, we do not load it into an advertising platform, and we do not pass it outside the business except where a project requires it and you have asked us to.
How long it is kept
We keep an enquiry while the work it relates to is live or still possible, and we delete it when you ask. There is no automatic purge, so if you want a record gone, email us and we will remove it and confirm that we have. Job enquiries sent by email are kept in the inbox and deleted on the same basis.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. There is no advertising pixel and no session tracking.
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so Google’s servers receive the request your browser makes for the stylesheet and the font files. That is the only third-party asset on the site.
Google Analytics is wired into the code but switched off at the time of writing, so no analytics script loads and no measurement is taking place. If that changes, this page will be updated to say so.
The site is hosted by Kinsta and served over HTTPS. Kinsta keeps server access logs on its own schedule, as any host does. Comments are disabled site-wide.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@allreadyconstruction.com and say which. We will not charge you for it and we will not treat you differently for asking. We do not sell personal information and never have.
Children
This site is aimed at property owners, managers and people looking for construction work. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we change this page and move the date at the top.
